The Faculty Support for Grants and Papers page is designed to provide information to faculty that can be useful during the processes of grant writing for foundations and government agencies and writing papers for professional conferences.
The goal of this web site is to make available important data regarding:
- College retention in general and for minority and women in particular,
- STEM Education information on curriculum design, best practices, interdisciplinary approaches and current topics in the K-16 System,
- Community Outreach Partnership between universities and their local elementary, middle and high schools and/or community-based organizations,
- Pedagogical and epistemological advantages of practices such as learning communities, problem-based learning, community-based learning, and teaching to different learning styles.
