LMU's Computer Science major helps students understand the information and computation expressed in natural systems through the development of artificial systems. Students learn the expression, limitations, and applications of algorithms and computational processes. They then review the construction and operation of robots, game consoles, mobile devices, and other agents that perform these algorithms.
