Academic Support

Your faculty advisor is assigned through your academic department. To find out who your assigned advisor is, check your PROWL account. Once in PROWL, you can find your advisor by looking under the “Student Services” tab. Click on the “Registration” section and from there, click on “Check your Registration Status.” Your primary advisor will be listed there. Your advisor can answer questions about your major, course selection, required classes, and can help you explore opportunities outside of the classroom in pursuit of your degree.

To prepare for your advising appointment, we recommend that you review the LMU University Bulletin so that you are familiar with the degree requirements, coursework within the major and information about academic policies. Students can also generate a new CAPP report (via PROWL) to review your progress to degree.
