Coastal Research Institute

The Coastal Research Institute (CRI) brings together expertise from Loyola Marymount University’s Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering and The Bay Foundation to restore and enhance Santa Monica Bay and local coastal waters. The institute contributes to a better understanding of global urban coastal resource management through the execution of projects that stem from The Bay Foundation's work on US Environmental Protection Agency's Santa Monica Bay National Estuary Program.
