In LMU’s Systems Engineering graduate program, you will build the technical engineering skills and management methods necessary to guide complex projects from concept through development, integration, and operation.

As a graduate of LMU’s Systems Engineering program, you will be able to:

Curriculum Structure
You can customize the Systems Engineering program to your personal interests and career aspirations. The program consists of 11 courses, and the program is broken into four main sections:
- 4 systems engineering core courses
- Systems Engineering
- Project Management
- Advanced Systems Engineering and Program Management
- Model Based Systems Engineering
- 4 systems engineering elective courses
- 1 math, science, engineering, or business elective course
- 2 capstone courses (year-long)
- Preparation for Capstone Project
- Graduate Capstone Project
A Master thesis can be selected in lieu of the capstone courses.
