Jelani Bramble-Manning - "My name is Jelani and I am a premed biology student from Elk Grove, CA. I love working with kids and am super excited to be a NOYCE intern. I have been fortunate enough to work with kids at an orphanage in Nicaragua as well as be a middle school camp counselor. I am a member of Creare Service Organization, which focuses on working with children. At LMU, I am a campus student minister, sacristan, acolyte, CLC leader, FYR leader, Resident Advisor, and an active member of the Resident Housing Association."

Jillian Dawley is a rising sophomore majoring in Biochemistry. She is a member of LMU's University Honors Program as well as the cross country / track team. Deeply passionate about running, she aspires to compete in marathons once her collegiate days of cross country/track are over. In addition to running, her favorite activities include long, off-leash walks with her dog, reading, and being outside in the sunshine in general! Although her goal has always been to attend medical school and become a physician, she also finds great joy in helping children learn and grow. Jillian has been curious about the universe and living systems all throughout her life, and wants to share her love for science with younger generations.

Lizet Pacheco is a rising junior Athletic Training major at Loyola Marymount University from Valencia, CA. Her hobbies include exploring Los Angeles and surrounding areas, dancing salsa, and running with her dog Abbi. At LMU, Lizet is involved with Latino Student Union, Marians Service Organization, and Women's Club Soccer. She aspires to be a Physician Assistant but is open and excited to see how NOYCE summer internship will influence her future career plans.

Jack Polerecky is an incoming sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska. He is a biochemistry major and is on a pre-med track. In addition, he is a part of the Honors Program at LMU. He is a part of the LMU Cross Country and Track team and spends most of his free time running. He also enjoys playing the saxophone and listening to music. His future goals include working with Doctors without Borders and helping underprivileged children.

Harper is a rising junior Health and Human Science Major. She is working at Heal the Bay in Santa Monica this summer as a Noyce Intern. During the school year she enjoys playing soccer for the Women's Club team and if she is not studying she like to soak up the sun at the beach. In the next two years of college she hopes to come closer to deciding if she wants to go to continue her studies at an Occupation Therapy program or Physician's Assistance program. She loves teaching and working with people and hope to continue her passions in her future career.

Xaida Wright - "My name is Xaida and I am a pre-med biochemistry student. I am from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Last summer I was fortunate to be apart of the ACCESS program here at LMU, and now this summer I am blessed with the opportunity to be apart of Noyce and also the ACE program. My favorite activities include playing basketball, going to beach, and eating double stuffed Oreos. With inspiration from my grandparents and my mother I would like to become a neurosurgeon in the future. Though I do plan on going to medical school, I also enjoy working with kids especially my two god brothers. I have also participated in many service opportunities such as helping to pack bags for children with HIV/AIDS. I have been very blessed to receive many awards for my accomplishments in school and in sports and with that I would really like to help kids to excel throughout school as well. I am glad that I have that opportunity through Noyce."
