Our faculty are innovative teacher-scholars who are committed to offering pedagogically effective, engaging, and transformative learning opportunities for all of our students. We are experienced in teaching and mentoring students in hands-on design work, research projects, and robust laboratory experiences. Our faculty are dedicated to:
- teaching a diverse student body in a transformative learning environment across a range of courses,
- developing thriving research programs that involve mentoring undergraduate and graduate students,
- challenging ourselves, our students, and colleagues to be actively anti-racist and work toward greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in the profession, and
- participating in service activities at the academic, professional, and community levels.
