Seaver Graduate Scholarships are awarded based on financial need of the applicant, which is determined by the Financial Aid Office. The number of scholarships awarded and the amount awarded varies each academic year.
For all non-international students, you must have a current FAFSA application on file to be eligible for applying for a graduate scholarship. For more information regarding the FAFSA application, please refer to this link: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/.
International students need to present financial information and data in a way that can be verified by our office so that we can make sure the "need" fits the scholarship criteria/award.
A complete scholarship application and an essay must be submitted to the Senior Administrative Coordinator, Farah Kerawala, at farah.kerawala@lmu.edu, or in person at Pereira Suite 100. Please note that the essay requested in this application should elaborate on your need for financial aid as "need" is the primary element in deciding which applications will be awarded.
The scholarship application submission deadlines are as follows:
- Summer Session I and II: April 15
- Fall Semester: July 15
- Spring Semester: November 15
