The LMU CubeSat Laboratory consists of several subsystems for the design and implementation of the LMU CubeSat, whose mission is demonstration of altitude control via a retractable solar sail. Students of different programs collaborate to design, implement, test, and integrate the different subsystems required for the mission. Dr. Vejarano supervises the student research in collaboration with industry partners from Aerospace Corporation.
The subsystems include:
CubeSat Hardware

UHF Transceiver Type II (Endurosat)

Microcontroller (MCU) Chip
