Celebrating 50 Years of STEM Education at LMU

For five decades, the Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering has worked to provide students with an education of sufficient scope to enable them to make significant contributions to the solutions of the problems confronting mankind. In Fall 2022, we commemorate this half-century of service. Read on to meet some of our alumni, learn our history, and RSVP to the anniversary celebration.

Seaver 50th Anniversary Event

Students, alumni, faculty and staff commemorated Seaver’s milestone year together on Friday, Sept. 16th. The evening began in the Featherston Life Sciences Building auditorium where the audience heard from Dean Choe, faculty and alumni. The formal event was followed by a cocktail reception featuring poster presentations addressing some of the research taking place in the college.
