Allison Mitrovich is a director at Booz Allen Hamilton with over 17 years of dedicated leadership in the space cyber domain. As a recognized expert in space cybersecurity, she has shaped next-generation capabilities and spearheaded their integration into mission-critical systems across both the Department of Defense and commercial sectors. Her work has driven advancements in space systems by streamlining architectures, enhancing resiliency, and enabling operations to keep pace with the rapidly evolving cyber landscape.
Mitrovich shares her insights and expertise through speaking engagements at industry conferences, including Cyber Sat and Commercial Space Week, and by producing impactful research papers. Her advocacy for integrating cybersecurity throughout the system development lifecycle has helped elevate standards and foster cross-sector collaboration.
Mitrovich is passionate about developing future cyber leaders. She designed and taught an Introduction to Cybersecurity course at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles, inspiring the next generation with her real-world knowledge and experience.
Mitrovich holds dual master’s degrees in cybersecurity and business from University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from LMU, where she also minored in business, philosophy, and natural science. In addition, she maintains multiple certifications in cybersecurity and cyber management.
