
Megan Kaganjo is an accomplished engineering leader with 17 years of experience at Medtronic Diabetes, where she began her career following a summer internship and her graduation from Loyola Marymount University with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering in 2008. Over the course of her career, she has held roles of increasing responsibility across mechanical design, process development, product verification and validation, design for manufacturing and reliability, manufacturing design transfer, product launch, and post-market product support.
In her current role as Sustaining Engineering Director in the Post-Market Quality organization, Megan leads a team of Quality Engineers responsible for ensuring product performance, safety, and efficacy across the Diabetes product portfolio. She was a founding member of the Medtronic Diabetes Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) initiative, which focuses on increasing the representation of women leaders in R&D and technical roles. Megan is also a co-inventor on three U.S. patents and serves on Loyola Marymount University’s Mechanical Engineering Department Advisory Committee. She holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge.
